carverbois @stepzbenz1 Hi. I am a bit concerned that the tracking on your burgundy boots is lacking in detail. Usually it shows the stops along the way to the destination. Items I shipped after your boots have already been delivered. If they don’t arrive by Tuesday I will fill out a missing package report on the USPS website. Keeping my fingers crossed! ☺️

carverbois @stepzbenz1 Sorry Stephanie! For some reason your messages didn’t show up on my home screen. Yes I filed the report days ago and now the tracking is saying the package is in Pelham NC so hopefully you will get it today. I don’t know what happened but I believe the Post Office has located the package and will get it to you. Sometimes the Post Office is very fast and other times it’s very slow. So sorry this has taken so long!

stepzbenz1 @carverbois well on my end it’s still saying October 4th in transit!! But when I go to Poshmarks tracking it says it’s in Pelham but I didn’t get them today!!! So what do you think I should do now???😫🤨

carverbois @stepzbenz1 I noticed the PoshMark tracking says Case Closed. I emailed the Post Office customer support and said the recipient still doesn’t have the package so please don’t close the case until it’s delivered! 😣 Let’s please give them until Friday and if they haven’t arrived we can contact PoshMark and ask them what to do. I’m sure you could get a refund.

carverbois @stepzbenz1 I am losing faith that this package will be found or delivered. I emailed Posh Support and they said if the package hasn’t arrived by 10/10 (tomorrow) they will send instructions on how to get your refund. I’ll message you with that information. I’ll be in touch.

carverbois @stepzbenz1 Yayyy! That’s what it says on the tracking too!! I absolutely can’t imagine what took so long. But hope they arrive today! Just so you know, the seller doesn’t get paid from PoshMark until the item has been delivered and accepted. I didn’t want you to think I had your money this whole time. 😥

carverbois @stepzbenz1 Hey! A lady from the Post Office administration office in Raleigh NC just called to say your package was scanned in Pelham and is definitely being delivered today! She apologized that it took so long. I’m so glad this has finally been resolved!! Please go in to your Posh app and accept and rate the boots after you receive them. Thanks so much!
