canarygreen That is common at first. I just had a lady visit me for the day to set hers up. Please, it can be tricky, so if you need any help at all, reach out to me. And always remember on pm you get 5 pounds for one shipping fee. We can fit a lot in a box! Its a great place to buy more than one thing versus one pair of earrings.😍😘😗🤗😉
