@jasmine3340 hello I just received and accepted the belt. I wanted to let you know that I know you sent the belt in new condition as I could see in the photos the buckle was intact. When posh sent it to me they didn’t package it well and the buckle got very scratched. I went ahead and accepted the order anyway because this in no way is your fault. I thank you for your thoughtful note and gift.

@stephnelson513 Oh my gosh....I am so sorry! I have actually experienced this myself getting items from Poshmark that are not neatly or securly packaged. Once I received a box that wasnt even securely taped shut! Thank goodness the postman was honest that day. I have also heard horror stories of them mixing up items and sending to the wrong buyers, and the seller never getting their money or original items back!😳

@stephnelson513 Also on my end, they never updated tracking info on the belt once they shipped it to you. I have been messaging them why on my end is still states “authentication complete” an no tracking was ever uploaded. So thank you for accepting because I had no idea where the belt was.😤
I have had...and now really have a bad and suspicious feeling that something was wrong. Have you contacted Posh yet? I want you to be happy with your purchase.

@jasmine3340 omg! I can believe that. Mine was packaged so messy. The buckle wasn’t even in the pouch and that’s why it was all scratched. They need to get their act together. I do appreciate you though and thank you for being so kind!

@stephnelson513 I also sell on ebay, so I always video packaging & mailing my items at the post office. When I packaged the belt, the buckle was definitely attached to the belt with the white side up and was wrapped in plastic protective slip, and was then rolled up inside the dust bag. I am really truly sorry! I do take pride in trying to making things look nice and new, and as if the item had come directly from Chanel.

Try taking a microfiber cloth and wiping/cleaning the buckle. Hopefully they arent deep scratches and will clean off a bit.🤞 I use a Tiffany & Co jewelry cleaning cloth to clean mine, but any soft rag should help.

@jasmine3340 don’t apologize I believe you. Everything was in the box. They just didn’t put it together at all. The ribbon was tangled the camellia was stuck to the foam in the box it was just a mess. I will check you out over on eBay too. Thanks so much. This was not your fault at all.
