They way you told me to pack sand and reposh a pair of jeans that I bought from you which turned out to be 4 inches shorter than your description was simply awesome! I'm really just amazed and impressed. 4 inches shorter than advertised is NOT a fit issue..very disappointed considering the amounts of sales you generate...enjoy your 20 bucks!
