Hi, can u please let me know when you receive your sandals. I sent your sandals on the same day I sent 2 other packages and its not showing a scan fr postal service, yet both my other packages 📦 are tracking. They should arrive Monday the latest. Also, all items were handled with sterile gloves including a little something extra 4 you.

I pay carful attention to all my packages & this is the 2nd one that hasn’t shown its tracking in 1 week. I contacted Posh on 1 earlier this week & customer received. I went 2 post office & it was tracking entire time but apparently it didn’t connect 2 posh. I ended up having 2 send Posh the tracking info. This time packages were all dropped off so I didn’t get scanned receipt. I was waiting 4 post office to provide it & link 2 posh.

This should never happen on Posh & i want u 2 have excellent experience. Im following up on this just as if its a $500 sale, I want u to know. If u don’t have package in your hands Monday I will go to the Post office & find out why my other 2 packages sent the same day are fine & where your package is. Hoping there is no issue

Thank you for the message, I will go to the post office first thing tomm. I really appreciate your patience with this. This is now the 3rd package 📦 I have had in 2 wks. 1 was actually delivered but customer didn’t realize it was on the porch. Postal office had a confirmation of it but posh was showing it was still out for delivery. Then another It wasnt tracking by Posh & I had to provide Posh with the tracking number.

Yours Im worries about because I places it in the post offices bin & then they scan it. I didn’t stand in line to get my normal tracking number. Ive rarely done ✅ that & then this happens. I will find out & get to bottom of it asap 4 u. I apologize. Or refund you immediately. Im so sorry.
