amandkal @rizzeroni hey! I contacted usps and they said they are going to hold the jacket at a local usps until i pick it up (they will hold it for 2 weeks) I was about to go tomorrow! But let me know if they tell you otherwise. Im going to call them again. Sorry for all of this hassle, im really not sure what is happening either!
