They don’t exchanges which sucks but they refund. So let me know. If not we can do it that you pay personally for shipping and ship it back to me. Once i get it I’ll just send you another pair. Lmk

roseyazigi I don't want to post on the watch page..but if a watch has not been worn for a period of time it may leak into the watch and cause damage..I love watches and have quite a few..are you willing to change the battery I wish pay for the battery change if that's the issue 😉
