alligatorcat When you go to change a price of an item, Is It better to click on “price drop “ or go to where you initially put in the listing price and change it there?

stephiemeng @alligatorcat if you change the price with the price drop button it notifies anyone who liked the item that there’s a price drop, it will also show a drop on the item for buyers to see. If you just change the price on your listing then it will not notify interested buyers 😊

juliew74 Hi, I just recieved my order an have a huge problem. The package was torn an the sweater was wet. an now has a small tear on it wear the package was torn. I would recommend yto you shipping in a box next time

stephiemeng @juliew74 Poshmark emailed me back earlier this morning. They need you to get in touch with them. Go to your order page and do not accept the package. There should be a drop down menu where you can contact posh. Damaged item may even be a selection, then you can add the photos you took there. Let me know if you need any further help.
