yoga4joy Hi Stephanie💞 Wow 5 kids, you are amazing. I'm the 2nd to the oldest of 9 and have 7 younger siblings so at age 34 no kids for me yet. My parents were absent and so I had to help raise the kids. 9 was insane. But I wouldnt trade even one of them. I'm crazy about my brothers and sisters. We are all so connected I can literally feel when one of them needs me or is in pain. I always know. Its magical. Sending so much love from Seattle in the snow❄🌨🤗Joy

I can’t imagine- it was just me and my sister growing up (she moved to the UK over 10 years ago) ... it’s crazy with these guys sometimes but I wouldn’t trade it. I hope my children can grow up and be that connected 💗💗💗

No matter whats going on I never let an argument keep us apart I'm always the one to make amends first even if I wasnt wrong bc life is so precious and so short and we are all so blessed to be here together.

yoga4joy @s_irizarry the reason I bring up the arguement thing is that when in a big family lots of drama can erupt but its important to stay focused on love above all else and accept one another, trying to value other's perspectives. I believe your children will grow to be close and that they will be grateful for one another, even if they keep it to themselves now.💕 I remember there was a ton of sacrifice. So I get being moody etc and every kid is unique. But overall it's so worth it.

poshspades @yoga4joy oh yes definitely- my sister and I had a rough upbringing, I tend to think she “ran away” to escape.. I don’t blame her, although I wish she was closer all the time. I’ve grown more enlightened over the years and try to instill understanding and empathy in our children between one another, too. When my sister and I were little it was chaos.

poshspades @yoga4joy Even over the years we had become estranged (my mother was addicted to pain meds and was very manipulative in getting what she wanted out of either of us by plotting/pinning us against each other). Luckily we figured it out and have grown a lot closer, since. It still doesn’t take away from the distance between us. Bless your heart- We need more people like you in the world!!!

yoga4joy @s_irizarry wow your childhood sounds like it was much like mine in some very sad ways. Drugs abuse, alcohol and mental illness were rampant in my home and it was well hidden by my parents being church goers. It was very confusing growing up like this. Now in my 30s I'm finally starting to see it for what it was.

yoga4joy @s_irizarry continued.. My mom to this day does that to me and all of my siblings she is always talking bad about us to one another and making up lies. It's been very damaging to some. My sister and brother are both currently hospitalized both for 2 months straight. One in the psychward one bed ridden on comfort care unable to walk. My mom was getting paid by the state to care for both of these siblings and they felt obligated to be sick to help pay the bills. It's very hard to explain.

poshspades @yoga4joy oh my that’s so sad. I’m so sorry for your brother and sister. All of you. ♥️ Yes, a lot of growing up was the same- grim is the best way to put it. Too much to try to say here, but yea my mom is still the same. She’s still very manipulative, and its hard to try rebuilding a relationship with her when she does that.

I've been too stuck in the pains of the past to have the desire for children of my own and at 34 with some health complications now would be the time but after 9 yrs with my boyfriend I now see it's a very abusive relationship and its only gotten worse lately.

poshspades @wenyingxu hi there! Poshmark collects the sales tax from the buyer, so if you’re marking down an item, you’ll make the amount that it specifies while you’re editing it. (No strings attached ;) - so if you’ve listed an item at $4 and you’ll make $1.05, you’ll definitely make the $1.05) It’s definitely not something you should feel pressured to do at all, if you feel like it’s something worth more - yes for sure list it for more 💖

poshspades @wenyingxu Some cheaper items help for people wanting to bundle and it might encourage them to bundle, as well. There are many reasons for marking an item that low- for me, I needed some space for new stuff I’m either clearing or have sourced. I’m hoping this helps a little! poshspades @offthecain hi friend! If you are on the Poshmark app, tap on the icon to the right of “news” with the three lines and your username under it. Once you’re on that, scroll down to where My Sales is located and pick the last link in that group “My seller tools”. That will bring you to a section that shows campaigns, sales reports, etc- you’re going to want to pick “My seller discounts” where you’ll be able choose the discount percentage and number of items.
