justmakelifefun @catstuart78 No not at all, I was offline for a bit. I have a few friends that are using Ketones, I think through Pruvit. I lost 100 pounds on Optavia, and coach others. I totally get not being a sales person, I totally didn't take it that way. I am so happy for you, good job!!!
