Hey there Stephany, it’s Kalia, who u purchased the bundle from yesterday. I messaged u to thank u and tell u I’d ship today as I always ship within 24 hours. Well I’ve run into a problem and I wanted to ask u if minded that I take one extra day. I’m having trouble locating the Disney T shirt. I can either remove the item & refund u for it or take the day to continue to look for it. I feel horrible about this and am truly hoping to find it.

This has never happened before to me as I’m very organized with my inventory. This shirt is a listing from when I was a rookie. So I don’t know where it is I’m sorry to say and I also don’t know what to do either.

@stefanefany I would normally have shipped already. Yesterday to be exact. But since I’ve been unable to locate the one item…I’ve contacted Poshmark with the question of how to proceed. But Thought u may have something to add. Would u want to cancel and make a new bundle without the Disney T? (Last resort for me as this is horrible to the algorithm and is very “unfavorable” to a closet). But again. It’s up to u ultimately.

@stefanefany Would there be another item of similar price in my closet that u had your eye on that I could just add to your package without changing the actual order? It’s whatever u prefer me to do, but if I could choose how to proceed, cancelling your bundle order wouldn’t be wise as doing so is a bad move to the algorithm and it will stop choosing your closet in customer searches. But again…it’s what You would like me to do (unless poshmark instructs otherwise and won’t allow said actions)

If I cannot find it I’ll have to cancel the order and if ur intersted in my other items U can reorder. I feel terrible.
