annielv19 I’m really sad you gave me a three star when I gave you those shoes so cheap, I did my best to clean them and shop to you right away as well as give you free items. My feelings are hurt but I guess that’s your right. And that mess up my 5 star review over a pair of 10 year old shoes that where ones twice.

trinitywealth Thank you for your purchase, but your 1-rating of my item is not only UNFAIR but it is also UNTRUE! I see that you have given unfair ratings to others as well [i.e. @annielv19 ] . These shoes were described perfectly and certainly were NOT worn out at all! As for the bottom/soles, they were exactly as pictured, had very little dirt or wear and were cleaned prior to sending!

trinitywealth Shoe soles will NOT be pristine on most used items, and this item is a used/previously owned item - marked as such - and not new. You are certainly entitled to your opinion(s) on purchased items, but know that serious entrepreneurs in the Poshmark business take their inventory and ratings of sold items seriously. Therefore, please know that I am LIVID about what I think is an ABSOLUTELY INSANE INSULTING INSINCERE RATING!!!

I take major pride in my store cause its my job. I have a 5 star rating average and due to this I’m at 4.9. Yes it might sound petty but for people like us who work hard at this, it’s a big deal

stephruns76 @annielv19 I appreciate the free items and just giving honest feedback as I am a. honest person just learning this app. I'm sorry your rating is affected. For what I, the buyer, paid overall. It didn't feel like the product matched. I'd happily reverse the transaction (if that's possible) and you can sell them to someone else. I have some learning to do. My intention isn't to be negative or degrade anyone. 100% honest feedback.

stephruns76 @annielv19 I asked politely, no demanding from me. I wish this could be reversed. I've made many purchases. Some great and others not. I am not trying to cause drama which appears to be happening. If I could PM my concerns, I would. Not an option. Still learning. Livid is not a feeling that I create. Not until now. I've never made 100% of anyone happy because I am not perfect. Noone Is. I can't give everyone 5 stars to keep peace and not be me, honest me. I'm sincerely sorry for offending you.

stephruns76 @trinitywealth the shoes were older than appeared in pictures. "Gently used" is inaccurate. I would personally have left out the gentle part. I didn't mean to offend you, ganged up on, and jumping to conclusions. LIVID and all caps is a big statement. I am giving my honest feedback. I am a customer making purchases with trust in uncharted territory for me. I've had pretty good luck and realize I am not always going to be 100% satisfied. No one will.
