jshopmycloset @stephaniemcbrid it depends if the seller accepted the offer. Now if theres a sale already happened. All you have to do is message the seller right away. Then go to your " My purchase" tab. Select the problem/ inquiry. Then select "Cancel the order". Same thing goes with the seller. Either buyer or seller can cancel both the item. As long as the item hasn't been shipped yet.

jshopmycloset @stephaniemcbrid for more added information dear. Always refer to the FAQ on your Posh account. All the questions that you might wanna ask is in that section. It will be on page 2 FAQ for about the "accidental purchase or cancellation of order". Hope that helps. 😊
