Good morning Stephanie,
I see you rated a bag from me, the ZOE from Coach. You left 1 star, said could improve, never received this purse, it shows as being delivered weeks ago.
I ship same day and it’s 2 or 3 day priority on all Posh items. I ship same or next day, so even counting a Saturday order with a holiday should be delivered in less than a week.
My purse was like new also, so it’s a shame it was lost. I have the steps for you to what to do so you get your money back. They are below.

Here are the steps to take when you don’t receive an item. When you just give 1 star, or don’t rate at all within 3 days, some sellers may never notice you didn’t get an item.
Step 1: Go to your Account Tab
Step 2: Select My Purchases
Step 3: Click on the item you purchased
Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Step 5: Select Order
