@samascotts1 Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I shipped your purchase on Feb. 24th, but I noticed it still says “pending shipment scan.” I’ve contacted the post office and talked to a customer service rep to find out what’s going on/search for the item and I’m still waiting to hear back from them to see if the package has been located. Poshmark is also aware of the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated.

@samascotts1 Hi! I just contacted the post office again to check on the status, but they are still have not located the package. The customer service rep I spoke to says it’s possible that it might be stuck in the mailbox . She tried calling the manager to have them check, but they were closed. She has asked them to follow up with me ASAP. Hopefully I’ll hear from them tomorrow. Again, I’m so sorry for the delay.

@samascotts1 Hi, I talked to another customer service rep and they have still been unable to locate the package and closed the case. They did note that if the package were to be found at some point, they will forward it to you rather then return it back to me. Again, I apologize for this. I’ve already notified Poshmark as well.
