Hi Stephanie. I saw you changed your rating on the dress this morning and I’m so sorry to hear your unhappy. I would never have sold a stained dress without disclosing that information. I document every time I pack an item and in reviewing the pictures I saw no stains. However I did notice that the tissue paper I wrapped the dress in was pink.

I’m wondering if maybe the tissue paper dye somehow bled onto the dress. However it happened I feel terrible that you are unhappy. Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation? The last thing I want is unhappy customers!
