I’m sorry we don’t do exchanges on posh. What I can do is offer a discount on another veil. You can re-list the one you have and sell it I have.sold close to 25-30 of these everyone seems to really like them. In the cathedral veils the tulle is close and it’s heavier so it hangs really beautiful does she want 1T or 2T. I recommend a two tier if she wants that heavier look. Both are beautiful.

I need some help - I am new to postmark and bought a dress for the wedding over 2 weeks ago - it still says "awaiting shipment" but it has charged my credit card and shows as "sold" - I don't know how to reach out to the seller directly or contact customer service
