eichinge4688 Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that my package was ripped before it got to my house and two of the items I purchase have fallen out and are missing. The white yoga top and the pink sleeveless tunic. Order number 61e0f51a33f26f9636a3ce57. I just filed a thing with Poshmark to see what to do, but I will be contacting the local post office tomorrow during business hours to see if it has been found.

eichinge4688 I made sure to indicate that it was not due to anything on your end. It looks like the bag was very obviously ripped open by someone or something. I don’t live in a sketchy neighborhood and have never had anything like this happen. So I believe it happened by accident during transport.

stephanieall182 @eichinge4688 oh my gosh that's awful! I normally put the bags inside a box, but that order was a little too big to squish in. Was it double bagged? I can't recall! I'll do whatever I can with poshmark side of things, if they don't come up with a good resolution, we'll figure one out privately.

The bagging- inside the shipping bag, you had the black sheer dress and the blue/lace tunic were in one clear bag. And then the red paisley dress was in another clear bag. The two bonus items (chapstick and bath bombs) were just hanging out. So, I assume you had the two missing items in a bag together?

eichinge4688 @stephanieall182 hey Stephanie! So I spoke with the post office and they haven’t found anything, they checked with the driver who delivered here yesterday. They basically took it off their hands and said to file a complaint through here, which we did already. I guess, let’s wait to hear what Poshmark says? Have you heard anything?

stephanieall182 @eichinge4688 dang. I was really hoping they had them at the post office. I'm so sorry for the hassle. Poshmark sent back a generic email saying they got my message and will respond within 3 days. I'm assuming they will credit it back to you, as it was no fault of yours. I'm happy to take the loss, I should have packaged more securely.

stephanieall182 @eichinge4688 my personal email. Maybe spam? I originally sent the message to customer service. They don't give sellers the ability to do refunds so we may have to figure out an alternative if they don't do something within the next two days. If there's other items in my closet your interested in put them in a bundle and I'll reserve them for a couple days while we wait for poshmarks help. If nothing else I'll personally send you some substitutions

They are telling me to fill out a return request form, but I don’t want to return the things I did get. I like them, haha! There are other items that I like. Let me put them into a bundle and I will try to follow their directions but not do the return part. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I'm 100% good with them doing a refund/return and you sending me an empty box and keeping the items that actually made it to you. I should have used better judgemnent when packaging. I'm going to comment on the case that I agree you should be fully refunded and given the option to return the items (just slap the label on an empty box so they can track it) Or....
