stephleopard @diamond_pearls I just found the tracking and it says it was delivered yesterday - I was home all day and never received it. What is poshmarks protocol for this situation. I am so upset, I was planning on wearing those shorts to a party this weekend 😭

kathleenh1 Hi Stephanie, you bought an Athleta skirt from me that had a flaw. I contacted Poshmark and they told me that there isn’t anything I can do because funds have already been released to me. I was unaware of the flaw and want to make things right with you. Poshmark said you can open a case with a picture showing the flaw. Please feel free to do that. You should be able to return the skirt for a refund.
