kwb575058 Hi Stephanie. Thank you for purchasing the Giana Bernini crossbody! In getting it ready to send to you, I noticed two new scratches on the back of the bag. They must have occurred when I was moving things around in storage. The bag is in great used condition and, although they are on the back side of the bag, the scratches are obvious. jenee2222 @thriftylady68 Hello 😊 I received my jeans bundle today. One pair is exactly as described in your listing (the measurements) the other pair is way off in measurements. I've never had to return anything before and I'm not sure I can return half the order or do I have to return the whole order.
