Well girl it would help if you get this closet up and going. You be surprised at the money you can generate on this site. Stephanie right off the bat you have a leg up your very beautiful but you need some stuff in that closet and a guy or girl to show you the ropes.This site is very different than most sites it can be very lucrative. So go in your closet pull 15 items that are just taking up space and them into money!

However I have tried to follow anyone that I have looked through their closet. So I can follow I just don’t know about sharing. I am planning on listing items in my closet. Lol. You’re killing me —-expression. You don’t have to put a like on everything unless you’re kinda of ready. Otherwise every offer I give to someone else will automatically go to you. I don’t have any control over that and it can be annoying. If you get a offer you don’t have to decline it just simply ignore it.

@shameless81 Hi it’s me again! You are doing the right thing by sharing back when someone shares your things. Also try to share during Posh parties. You can still share to your followers even if it isn’t an item that goes with the party. If it does
Belong to party category, makes sure you SHARE to the upper choice, which is the PARTY. The latest party each day is probably the best one to share to bc you can share everything in your closet and other closets too. Hope this makes sense

@shameless81 It may have still worked. You just don’t need to go into that unless you’re curious about the Posher. I just shared your 2 items several times so hopefully you’ll get some likes. Let me know if you need help. When you get a like you can send an OFFER but must reduce the price by at least 10% & offer a shipping discount which is on the screen. Choose the lowest one (it will come off your profit). Some people just buy without you reducing price or shipping.

Ok I woke up today to 252 followers. I have been trying to follow everyone that follows me and share items in someone’s closet when they share items in mine. However, this is becoming a little overwhelming. What do you do? I appreciate any help.
Am I overpricing my items. It won’t hurt me to lower them. I just don’t know. Thank you!

When you share others items do you pick any one you want? I always pick something that catches my eye. I LOVE reds, pinks and purples. So I have really been trying to share pink and red. Especially since it’s almost Valentine’s Day. If the first items in their closet don’t pique my interest I will scroll down to find one that does. Is this ok or are there certain rules? Thank you!

@shameless81 You MAY not have time to follow and share for everyone! I try my best to do that, but idk how busy your schedule is. It’s ok if you can’t but you will have more success if you do. Oh and good communication is vital when you have someone interested in your items.

@shameless81 I don’t think you are overpricing! If you really want to get rid of stuff just give your posher a great deal...but remember if YOU start the offer then you MUST offer a shipping discount and that $1.79 comes off your profit.

@shameless81 Also Poshmark takes 20% of profit AND if an item sells for $15 or less, they take an automatic $2.95 off your profit, so if you sell something for $7, you would get $7 - $2.95= $4.05 then $4.05 - 1.79 (shipping)= $2.26 Do you understand this?

@shameless81 If THEY start the OFFER then THEY pay the shipping—even if you COUNTER OFFER...so it’s great to get offers! Just to warn you...SOME PEOPLE are rude and send lowball offers! Makes me upset but I still try to counter. Some MAY come up some from their offer.

@amcguffey13 I would guess I have had over 500 notifications already today. 500 posters I try to follow them back. That is not including the ones who share my items and then I try to share theirs. Is that normal for a day? Am I being a whiny baby? Lol
Honestly 500 is probably on the low side. I think it will get easier though as I learn to add it into my day.

@shameless81 I figured out what you meant about Poshers 😂 When my alarm goes off I start my day catching up my Posh (notifications and sharing)—it usually takes 15-20 minutes. Then I try to SHARE the upper 50-60 items of my closet. I make sure and share the whole closet later but if time I do it all right away. Just depends...

@shameless81 Anyway by the time I do all that I’m pretty much woken up! What’s really exciting is if you wake up to a sale!!! I do this throughout my day. If I’m busy for a couple hours I know I will have catching up to do but it’s worth it! I mailed 3 packages today! One was from Monday night & 2 today.❤️🚚

@shameless81 He just turned 2 and when I make a sale, I ask him to go get Gigi’s paper (from the printer). Today he heard it printing out and I didn’t even tell him but he came running to me with it! So cute and he was so proud!

@amcguffey13 he is 15 but thinks he is 40!🤦♀️ it takes awhile every day because of course he is smarter than I am. Lol
I also have pretty bad health. I spent most of today in another town seeing doctor and getting MRI and X-rays. So some days we have to do extra to make up for doctor days. He’s really “smart” on those days. Lol

@shameless81 Forgot to mention that you can get FREE Priority Mail shipping supplies. I get some at my local PO and also have ordered online—they come right to your house! I use the Plastic envelopes the most—they are very sturdy and waterproof!

@shameless81 Just wanted to let you know that whenever you plan to reduce prices again, CLOSET CLEAR OUT Promotion time is the best time to do it. It is today & tomorrow. You MUST drop price at least 10% and Posh will take care of reduced shipping & notifications will go out to likers.

MAKE SURE you chose reduce price to PUBLIC. I noticed you already reduced prices, but just wanted you to know. Posh usually does this once or twice a week
