irene_stewart @stephaniechen_x thanks Stephanie! I am also new to poshmark! can you believe this is my 3rd try for a Tiffany key, I bought one here and the seller changed her mind; bought another and it was sold in a consignment store! so very glad this one will come thru!

irene_stewart @stephaniechen_x hi Stephanie, just heard from Poshmark they are sending the necklace back to you for some reason, the address wrong or packaging problem? can you tell me what is going on?

stephaniechen_x @irene_stewart Hi Irene, I am not sure why they are sending it back to me either. I got an generic email saying the item is routed back to me due to either overweight or package improperly or buyer’s address not clear. Hopefully when I get it back it will have more info with the package.

stephaniechen_x @irene_stewart @irene_stewart I am guessing could be the packaging issue this time, maybe the box I used to pack it was not proper. I will get a new box and re-pack the item and then re-ship it as soon as possible. I am learning as I go. I apologize for the delay this time!! Thank you very much for your patience and I will make sure it will go through this time :)

irene_stewart @stephaniechen_x that is odd! if they received it to authenticate, why not just send it to me after that? wouldn't they have to repack it anyway? we'll see when you get it I guess!

stephaniechen_x @irene_stewart Yeah it’s odd. I am not sure if they actually finished authentication yet. It didn’t mention anything about authentication in the email. Maybe they won’t authenticate until I re-ship the item. I will keep you posted when I learn more about it :)

irene_stewart @stephaniechen_x so I just got an email from Poshmark, they have the necklace: This item arrived to our offices yesterday and is still currently it the authentication process. So once they're done, they'll ship directly to me. maybe the email I got was a mistake. will let you know when I get shipping notice. 🙂

stephaniechen_x @irene_stewart Hi Irene, I got an response from customer service saying it was a system error earlier, due to the close proximity of my shipping address and their office address, their system read it as a return to sender. They confirmed that it was an error. Once they authenticated the item, they will ship it to you directly. Hope you will get it soon 😊
