christina_volz Thank You for the feedback. Your free item was not brand new sealed? It should have been. I have addressed smells , good perfume, smoke & any other smell. I am sorry that your items smelled of smoke & your free item was damaged. I take pride in my items, ratings & customer satisfaction.. We started using resealable bags. Items will be stored,& shipped in these once processed. I am sorry! Have Great Day! M
