raelyneruff Hi Stephanie, thank you for buying my blue Anne Klein bag. I want to let you know that while preparing it for shipment, I found a small (quarter size) stain in the interior of the large zippered interior compartment. This is a pale grey vinyl interior and I wasn’t able to remove it. Let me know if you still want the bag. I’ll add a pic so you can see. Other than the one flaw, the bag is lovely. 🌸❤️🌸

raelyneruff I don’t know why but your purse is still in my towns postal distribution center! I’m so sorry. I’ve checked every day, cut them some slack because of the holiday and now they’ve gone beyond excuses. I’ll file a report with them today. I’m on it!

raelyneruff Im at my wits end. I get no information from the post office other than that it’s in the main distribution center in Fresno and will be processed. A phone call is fruitless because you never reach a human- it’s all voice activated recordings. You are certainly free to cancel the order once ten days have passed. I’m so sorry.😢
