stephanie_doubl @logollady I’m not going to a post office, I don’t go anywhere due to the pandemic. Can I write “return to sender” on the package when it arrives? Did you already send me my correct item? Please do send me my correct item ASAP if you haven’t. Let me know how to contact you properly as this Poshmark messaging forum is klunky/too public and I don’t see when I’ve been messaged. Thanks!

logollady @stephanie_doubl yes please just write return to sender and put by mailbox (it is in a priority mailer box). I am working on getting the pendant back too. I am going to just cancel the order so you get refunded and if I get it back I will relist it as a private sale. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!

stephanie_doubl @logollady a few quick questions: is the item you sent me something that was meant for someone else? If that’s the case, to clarify: you want me to simply write “return to sender” on the box and put it back in my mailbox? If the item WASNT purchased by someone else and is available for purchase—may I open it and buy it if I like it, and then I’ll also purchase the blue sodalite Silpada pendant?

stephanie_doubl @logollady i didn’t open the box—I simply wrote “return to sender” and handed it right back to our postal delivery person (we live far from our mailbox and the mailman usually drives down our private road to deliver our mail). Please refund my order, and then let me know if you can create a private listing for me when you receive the pendant back so I can purchase the blue sodalite pendant and also please include the $12 cold water creek brown/orange shawl/scarf in my purchase. stephanie_doubl @logollady hi there—so I had returned the priority white mailer box “return to sender” back on April 17....and then today I received another package from you (ballet stuff mailed April 14....must have been lost in the mail). I’m returning to sender. Please let me know when you receive this. Did you receive back the white priority box from me? Oh my lol....what a mess!!!

stephanie_doubl @logollady oh my goodness, you poor thing—the mail is a mess lately! So, I sent back two boxes to you—one was a medium sized white priority mail box (received mid-April, I didn’t open it—just wrote Return to Sender and handed it back to the mail lady), THEN a small brown cardboard box arrived 2 days ago—that I did open and it contained the ballet stretcher items. I closed it back up, wrote Return to Sender on it, and put it back out for our mail person.

stephanie_doubl @logollady We have a new postal carrier here who keeps leaving packages at other houses—we’re very rural and he can’t seem to find our house or our private road half the time. I’ve called our post office three times in the past few weeks to explain how to find us lol....anyway, I can imagine that the DC postal service is messy in a similar way. Please let me know when you get those two packages back! Sending empathy hugs and hope your way.

logollady @stephanie_doubl I'm so sorry your items aren't showing as having shipped by the Post office yet. I dropped off three packages this weekend and ONLY YOURS hasn't been scanned by the post office. I will wait until the morning and if it hasn't been scanned I will go to the PO to see what the issue is. I live in Washington DC and they are not the most responsive people, unfortunately. This whole thing trying to get you this pendant has been such a debacle... & you have been more than patient. xoxo
