I’ve contacted their “support” twice with no reply, so I went to the post office and the clerk suggested that I send the box with label as is and they would charge you the difference. If it goes over 5 pounds it incurs additional costs to me. The purse weighs 2.5 pounds, and the doll almost 1 pound, so if you want to split this into two bundles that each won't exceed 5 pounds, we can do that or you can revise the bundle.
