javalinababy Absolutely! I informed the seller (Shana) of the mistake over a week ago and she did not respond for several days. I continued to contact her, explaining I would contact Poshmark about the problem if I did’nt receive a response. Poshmark took 2 days to respond as well, with no solution, in fact they seemed to not understand the urgency, as I explained to both Shana and Poshmark it was a Halloween costume. I told the seller to send me a prepaid label so I could return it to her last week.

javalinababy Shana sent me a request that I send the costume to you without providing a shipping label or any info! I informed her I would be happy to route it to you if she sent me the label with your name and address. I also told her to apologize to you and give you a full refund for the mistake, but she doesn’t seem to understand anything I’ve written. At this point, I am just waiting to see if she gets the label to me. So sorry for your trouble-make a complaint to Poshmark and request a refund.
