samiam2711 @italianspanish I’m sorry I’d asked for help when I was less than a day and a half outside the return window because I was traveling over the weekend. I’d hoped for a little understanding and kindness when the item I’d ordered from you showed up broken. I’ll never shop when I’m within two weeks of a trip again. Luckily, this is the first time I’ve ever had an item not arrive in good condition. But, I appreciate the insight on how to use this app more effectively.
