@bryndall2019 I reached out to customer service support to on the app (which is ridiculously difficult to find!) to let them know that I accidentally clicked accept on the package. they can look and read the correspondence between us to understand everything that happened.

@bryndall2019 - my post office would not take the package back and said it was opened, so I had to take it into the lobby of the post office and talk to them. I went ahead and paid the extra postage due, and then customer service said they refunded me as a courtesy for the problem. I see the receipt of the amount paid back to me as it just hit my bank account. This is not right as I owe you for the case.
