My apologies & Poshmark never release funds until an order has been shipped and received so I would recommend you contact them regarding your refund. jacqueline1485 Hi there, I see you had a problem with the Cartier bag. This was not a new bag. Did you think it was? It is a pre loved vintage bag and in great condition. I never said it was new so yes it has faint/small scratches. Were you expecting a new bag?
