srwbest @roubina33 Hi. I didn’t accept it. I contacted them Sunday saying it hadn’t arrived. They told me to look around and ask neighbors. Then today I went through all the packaging (we receive a lot here) and found that a wallet instead of the belt set had arrived. By that time, they had already charged me. Can I still send you the wallet back and get a refund?

srwbest @roubina33 Morning, Hi, I just got a canvas wallet??? It was delivered in one package, Friday. Id like to return it if I can get sent a label. But the time apparently ran out to not accept the package even though I had contacted them previously about a non-delivery.

roubina33 @srwbest you got two boxes in 1.From the weight of your box 5lbs 9.50oz . You received your belt and the wallet. I contacted poshmark. The belt do not weight 6lbs . Posh will send you a return label. Kindly return the wallet set in the box .

srwbest @roubina33 it’s been two weeks and no label came from Posh. I assume they were never sending one. No belt came either, just an unwanted canvas wallet. Box is labeled “UP TO 5 pounds” A wallet and/or belt don’t weigh 6 lbs.! If I had wanted to keep a wallet I received erroneously with a belt I ordered I never would have mentioned that the belt never arrived! As it stands I paid for a belt and got an unwanted wallet. I don’t appreciate being accused of stealing to justify your shipping mistakes.

roubina33 @srwbest did u contact posh? To be able to return the box untouched with the tags and everything!! The belt disappeared somehow. I had them both !!! If you didn't get it this isn't fair at all. I don't have any problem returning it. Anyway it is double the price you paid. I already contacted them 2 times .
