kas361 Hi Shan, sorry to hear the dress did not smell right to you. It absolutely was dry cleaned. Given these are pandemic times I sprayed it with a fabric disinfectant before I sent it. I think the review was a bit unfair but I'm glad you received it and hope it works out for you.
