mcclellan_steph @potterycountry I am so confused, the left shoe says men’s size 7.5 and the right shoe shows men’s 8.5, when I tried them on the right was bigger than the left and when held next to eachother the right was bigger than the left. So are you saying that they are both a 7.5. I sent you the photos so you can see that the left shoe tag inside the shoe is labeled 7.5 and the right shoe tag is labeled inside the shoe 8.5. Are you saying that new balance labeled them incorrectly?

potterycountry Sorry again I value my customers and have many of them on all sites . I work very hard as you could see when you complimented me for having 15 mins to get to the post office with your sneakers that you were anxious to receive . I assure you it was a over site . Not all sellers are looking to take advantage of anybody .

mcclellan_steph @potterycountry Oh of course, I felt the service was great. And I was very excited to receive the item. It was the product that was unsatisfactory. It was obvious it was not intentional, and it was most likely a manufacture error. I know you wouldn’t knowingly send 2 different sizes and like me probably just assumed they were both the same size as they were new and looked like a pair. I am sorry it didn’t work out, but your service was satisfactory.
