kamchotka Hi Steve, I realize you're new to the posh community :-) if USPS damages any shipments, you can always file with them or posh to get your money back and ship items back for a refund. You usually want to reach out to sellers too and let them know what happened. I always compensate my buyers if sonething happens. That's what you do, rather than leave poor ratings when something is out of a poshers hands. Could you upload a photo of the broken post? I'll send you money for return shipping.

kamchotka You never have to accept items damaged by USPS. After you upload a photo, just tag me so I can see what happened. I'll send you funds for return shipping and as soon as I get them back, I'll cancel the order and you'll get your full money back :) I'm happy to get them back since I can fix them. Leaving poor ratings without contacting poshers to resolve things just isn't done unless the person totally disregards guidelines. Hope to hear from you to resolve the earrings!👍
