Bless you for your kindness and I realize this isn’t the platform to do so but it is so important to know about that kind of heart attack. He’s had friends that run and experienced just shortness of breath and they had arteries that were clogged. It’s very scary. Please safe and take care. Thank you again. 🙏🏻
