stayclassyusa I gotta say, it’s pretty messed up to deduct one star for “shipping speed” after you NEVER returned ANY of our texts to you. The sweater was packed w/ a label attached for days while we waited to hear back from you.

stayclassyusa We finally shipped, still having heard NOTHING from you. And then you fault us for slow shipping?? This is the first comment of this kind I’ve ever made, but, this takes the cake! Not cool and not fair: we went above and beyond to make sure you would be happy. The delay was us waiting to hear back from you! To hear back on a courtesy text we sent to you making sure we were on the same page. But you ignored everything. And then fault us? I almost have to laugh it’s so low.
