laans1978 @highlandroad Hi! I do have question for you? We recently sent out an order and the buyer decided a few days after we sent it, they didn't want to spend the money so they refused it at the post office. We didn't agree to this and sent Poshmark a message explaining the issue and their only response has been sorry and your item is on its way back to you, ignoring any questions or pleas to hold the buyer to their agreement to buy it. Any insight here.....am I maybe misunderstanding the guidelines?

highlandroad That would technically be a return. The buyer has 3 full days from delivery to accept or reject the purchase. Did the P.O. return package to you, unopened ? Check your balance too.You could appeal to PM, but if you received your items back, I would just relist them. I know it can be disheartening to lose a sale so close to completion. Don't be discouraged, that type of thing rarely happens.

laans1978 @highlandroad The guy never even allowed the package to be delivered. Poshmark required a signature.....he just refused to sign for it and so the post office had no choice but to send it back. This was after it sat at his post office for almost a week. I'm just surprised anyone could do that as a buyer. I appreciate the advice though, ty!
