I really wanted hat for our family Thanksgiving-Christmas (we celebrate then for one side of family) If you can refund $15...then I'll get a box of chocolates and include a pic if hat as future gift. Promising sister-in-law hat before Christmas! She will be able to munch on sweets til hat-treat arrives. >>>Can you do partial refund....and get hat to me by mid December?
