bcbarlos @melpap2 there is no way they are a 9. I wear an 8.5 but always buy a 9 online because I'd rather them be big than small. They even by sight are much smaller than boots I own in an 8.5. Otherwise they are beautiful. Perfect condition. Just not the right size at all.

melpap2 @bcbarlos I'm sorry they don't fit but they are a 9. They are marked a 9. I am a reseller, they are not my boots, they are my clients, but I can tell you that my client wears an 8.5 or a 9 depending on the shoe. I wish you would have asked more questions about the fit before you had made the purchase or maybe checked with on the manufacturers website to confirm fit. I wear a 7.5-8 and they were too large on me. I guess we should just let them handle the return. Again, I am sorry.

bcbarlos @melpap2 I disagree completely. If they aren't your boots and you're a reseller maybe it would be up to you to confirm what they fit like. And had I asked more questions I'm assuming you would have told me what you did right now and we'd be in the same situation. Honestly on these boots I do not see a size marked. Anywhere. I'm sorry you have to be upset. If it were me and I stood by what I sold I wouldn't be.
