dellanora50 Hello… I just received your review and I’m confused..I try to examine each of my items very carefully..I actually used this bag two times as it came from my personal closet: I thought I took pictures correctly showing any issues and am so very sorry you are dissatisfied..I think it would be better if you requested a return and refund as I certainly don’t want an unhappy customer.. please make the request snd I’ll proceed from my end ..thank you for shopping Dellanora Cathy
