brianna_nguyen I apologize but I don't think I deserved a 1 star rating due to ONLY packaging. The necklace was in the condition I stated and taking off 4 stars because I am a college student who mailed that DURING finals to you after two days of you purchasing the order is ridiculous for you to give me 1 star. You are the first person to give me less then 4 stars due to only packaging and I think that says more about you than it does me.

stormydazzle @brianna_nguyen . I think secure safe packaging is important to ensure the purchased item does not get damaged. Sorry that packaging does not matter to you but I'm sure to most purchasers would fell the same if they had recieved their item like I did. It took me almost half and hour to get all the knots out of the chain.
