She bought a sweatshirt from me, and I provided detailed sizing and measurements. Despite this, she gave me a 4-star review, claiming sizing issues. I'm confused as I shared exact measurements, even posting photos of me measuring the item. This is my first 4-star rating, and it has impacted my overall ratings. Please exercise caution.
