teamchase34 @luckysusanna I just sent an email to poshmark, I have never experienced this before. You should not have to pay for shipping when clearly there is an issue with the package. I'll let you know when I hear back! Grrr

teamchase34 @luckysusanna hey! Omg! Just went to post office. Post master at my local office is putting in some kind of trail on it and contacting the post master in Philadelphia. I have not received anything from poshmark yet in response to my inquiry. I'm so sorry! I have never experienced this before with shipping or receiving. 🤞🙁 fingers crossed!

teamchase34 Hey! Ugh, so frustrated! Still waiting to hear from post office. I see there has been no change in the tracking! Grr. Finally heard back from poshmark just now! So much for 24-48 hour response time! I sent the email Monday night! Anyway, I'm supposed to respond back to poshmark if not rectified by the 15th! Grr again! But we are to rest assure that they have steps in place to assist. Whatever! I'm so sorry! I've never seen this before! I just got two items this week no problem and shipped out 3!

luckysusanna @teamchase34 oh gosh how frustrating...so sorry for this mess darnit!! It will be resolved I'm sure! Seriously our postal service is a hot mess! I deal with issues with them constantly with my business...I liken them to Walmart LOL! Can't live with em and can't live without em!! I'd like the sweater and I know you'd like your payment as well. Hopefully solutions will be soon!! Thanks again for all of your efforts!

It’s a medium, is too small but still hangs in my closet with hopes that someday I will fit in it again...so I was SO happy to find your large one in black!! So cute!! barbelchoalley hi,this is Barb. I just received a notice that two chartreuse fiesta plates were delivered. I can't see who supposedly delivered them or when. also, does it say where they were left? It's crazy that Poshmark doesn't allow one to see any info. after something is supposedly delivered. Thank you so much for your help. Barb

luckysusanna @barbelchoalley Hi Barb! This box would have been delivered by USPS. I'm really sorry for the trouble. I had a problem with something I ordered on POSH, same issue but even more complicated in mid december. They were quick to refund me for the order. I also had another terrible problem with a GAP christmas order shipped USPS. Item was lost also. I think the post office is really struggling. I know that doesn't solve your problem, just saying its quite common lately.

luckysusanna @barbelchoalley So I suggest you open your order on POSH. Go to my purchases. Find the order and open. Click on problems/order inquiry on the right hand side near the bottom. Click on order not delivered. POSH should respond fairly quickly. Again, my apologies for this! Let me know if I can further assist you in any way.
