Hi I was wondering if you could discuss with me what you feel might be improved. The item had shipping delayed because of the holiday, but otherwise the robe was in brand new pristine condition when I packed the order, I apologize for whatever the reason for a 1 star rating is but could please reconsider I genuinely thought the item was as was advertised.
