I've been trying to word my message to you correctly. My intent is only to explain what happened to me recently on PM, not offend. I have always had smooth experiences on PM, both selling and purchasing. However, an item caught my eye last month.

bluemarguerite I asked the seller several questions regarding the item. She assured me the item was new, never been worn, etc. So, I made the purchase. However, when I opened the package, I was greeted with an odor I could not identify. I tried airing it out for several days, but that did not help. I asked the seller if she would split the dry cleaning charge with me, which she declined to do. I felt sad & disappointed for both of us.

bluemarguerite In any event, PM worked with both of us. I think we were both satisfied with the resolution. This experience has left me somewhat skittish, especially when it comes to items that are not currently being sold. I own 2 of these jackets that you are selling, which I purchased new from QVC 11 years ago. I would like to add yours to my collection.

sioux321 @pwomani bought these new from QVC probably 5 years ago, they have been in the original hanging bag ever since. I took the paper off the button to take pics. I tried on the white one once, never the purple. I don't believe there is any smell. I do know what you mean, often the things from China has this. If you don't like the jacket I will take it back.
