katzkoz @st2376 Hi Sue....it means that U can always come to me if U have questions or problems. Someone that could suggest to give U advice. Even if U have a problem, such as mailing the wrong package to the wrong person (happens ALOT!) or when to expect funds, what do do on a Posh sale, etc...all sorts of things come up that aren't explained.
