sfetelea I need someone to contact me ASAP. My purchase says it was delivered and I have been email the support for 4 days now and no response. I still don’t have my purchase and for some reason they have realized my money. I am very upset about this and am ready to call fox 2 problem solvers

sfetelea @mycoley I have. Sorry to bother you! I will try again. They released my money without me receiving my purchase and this makes me very nervous about buying bigger purchases now, especially because no one will respond to me. I will try the support again. I am so sorry to bother you

mycoley @sfetelea no worries. My understanding is the money shouldn’t be released until you accept the package through Poshmark but if it’s been 7 days since it shows delivered I think they will automatically release the funds. Do you see a tracking # in your account anywhere? You might want to check with the post office if you have that. And def contact Poshmark again. They’ve always been super responsive when I’ve emailed. Good luck!

sfetelea @mycoley thank you for your help. The item was returned to the seller and it is still saying it was delivered to me. I reported the problem 4 days ago and they never responded. I have emailed them every day since and also no response. Then today they just decided to released my money anyway and still haven’t contacted me. The seller contacted me and said she is resending it but I don’t think it’s right that she received my money without me receiving the item first.
