msevamor Hello Sue! Thanks so much for your purchase! I wanted to let you know that I noticed one of the pumps to the bottle of hand soap is in the up position. The product was not used but somehow it was twisted to pop up. I can make sure it is properly wrapped to prevent any leaking but I just needed to let you know in advance before I ship it out today.
