shaleywitt Hello Sue, you purchased a pair of shoes and a cami from me for $10! I packaged both items in the same box and wrapped them in tissue paper. I’m confused as to why you only received one item. I’m reporting this issue to Poshmark!

lwood1260 @ctriverview Thanks for being so understanding. I googled the scenario, and it appears that Poshmark will send you a label to send the wrong item back to me. Since it is the weekend, Poshmark might not respond for a couple days. I’ll keep you posted. Once again, I am SO sorry!!

Poshmark led me to believe that they would send you a label to cover the cost of the shipping, once you initiated some type of action. I reached out to them numerous times but got the same automated response. I’m so sorry. You shouldn’t have had to pay for the shipping.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you.
