@ty22gy26 yeah of course. Poshmark app has not been updating any of my packages it’s very stressful. But I promise they’re on the way & poshmark is aware of the issue.

Hi, I'm thinking my purchase must be lost. I think I should perhaps cancel and if I do receive it I will contact Poshmark so you get paid. I just don't want it on my bill not know where it is. If you have any tracking info please let me know what you find out,

@ty22gy26 hi, your package is not lost. The USPS is just experiencing heavy delays. I ship 10+ packages a day and they’re all the same. I see the order was canceled so I had to contact poshmark as they’ve already been shipped and will arrive to you.

@ty22gy26 I’m frustrated that poshmark said they reached out to me and they didn’t. I’ve been waiting on them to contact me for multiple orders. Anyways please let me know when the shoes do I arrive. I don’t have any more info on the tracking then you do. But I promise they have been shipped and are some where in transit.

I also just opened a case recovery for your package so wherever it is in the USA will show up on the tracking number. Should be updated within 24 hours. I put text alert on the package.

Hi! You haven’t received the package from me yet but I accidentally sent you the wrong item. The buyer who got your item is sending it back and you have hers. I thought I had confirmed this when I shipped and I mixed up the labels on accident. I’m so sorry! Just open a case when you receive it and you’ll get the shipping label to ship back and then I can get you the tank.
